Summary:

Irie Kynyk Goss Architects was commissioned by the Bedford City Schools to develop an ADA compliant main entry for the school. Our solution installed a new atrium  space between the 1905 and 1956 buildings that connected the first and second floors through a series of stairs and ramps. The former courtyard was kept light and inviting with ample daylight and plantings. This intricate project required a full assessment of the existing building's structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
