Summary:

Originally constructed in 1938, Englemann Hall is a four story, 44,000 s.f. residence hall. This renovation converted the existing single-room and shared facilities dormitory layout to multi-room, apartment style suites. Entirely new  systems were provided in the existing building shell, which was restored to its original appearance.
