Summary:

Irie Kynyk Goss Architects provided full architectural service for the renovation of an existing fast-food chain restaurant into the new Lemon Grass, one of the area's oldest Thai restaurants, in the busy Cedar-Lee neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. An exsiting open patio was enclosed to make an all-season sunroom dining area, and an outdoor play area was converted into an expansive patio. Energy efficient windows and storefronts replaced outdated facade systems, and all major systems were upgraded.
