Summary:
Irie Kynyk Goss Architects, in association with City Architecture, was commissioned to prepare a Master Plan for the existing Woodhill Homes Estates, originally built in 1939. The current estate consists of 63 dwellings and a community center on approximately 25 acres. Existing buildings are typically 1 bedroom units - the plan seeks to transform the complex by converting these into family friendly 3, 4, and 5 bedroom units. The existing community center would be expanded to accommodate enhanced recreation facilities and a larger maintenance and administrative staff.
